Discovering Bruce

A few years ago, I didn’t really know who he was. Of course, I had heard his name a bunch of times and I could recognize one or two of his most famous songs, namely “Born in the USA” and “Streets of Philadelphia”. Today, I am in love with his music. I love the power of its lyrics, the emotion and the passion they convey, the rhythm that fits right in, his social portraits and critiques, etc. A vigorous cry for freedom which urges us to stand up with dignity, to not fear anyone, while remaining humble in the essential.

For me, it all started with a rainless rain, a rainfall on a sunny day. A most elaborate and beautiful way of simply saying “please, don’t cry’. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome him for the first time into our blog. He’s the Boss.

"It's rainin' but there ain't a cloud in the sky
Must have been a tear from your eye
Everything'll be okay.
Funny, thought I felt a sweet summer breeze
Must have been you sighin' so deep
Don't worry we're gonna find a way..."
