During the last couple of weeks, I have been working on a presentation for one of my courses called “Topics in Bioinformatics”. The presentation itself is a review of a couple of research articles that introduced ARACNE, a relatively new algorithm for learning gene interaction networks from microarray data developed by a group of researchers at Columbia University.
If you are interested in the topic or if you are just curious about the kind of problems that I am currently working on as a part of my PhD research you can download and run the presentation using this link.
