My flight back from Spain a few days ago is one that I will always remember for two things. One, is that as soon as I landed I talked to my parents on the phone and they told me about the missing Air France plane that had been lost in the middle of the ocean. The other, was the discovery of this beautiful song that played at the opening credits of the movie Watchmen. Bob Dylan’s ode to change and renewal. I love the lyrics, the rhythm and the message. A timeless masterpiece.
Siempre recordaré mi vuelo de vuelta a España por dos motivos. Uno de ellos, es el hecho de que nada más aterrizar, llamé a mis padres por teléfono y me contaron lo del vuelo de Air France que se había perdido ese mismo día en el Atlántico. El otro, fue el descubrimiento de esta bellísima canción, que escuché por formar parte de la banda sonora de la película Watchmen. Bob Dylan canta un poema al cambio y a la necesidad de renovación. Escucharla, es como un soplo de aire fresco. Me encanta la letra, el ritmo y también el mensaje. Una obra maestra, por la que no pasa el tiempo.
